Exchanges and Returns

The Acessiva team is constantly investing in policies so that our customers are always satisfied. You can request the exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days of receiving it. The following conditions must be observed:

1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;
2. The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the form in which it was received;
3. The product must be returned with labels (or protectors) attached, manuals and all accessories that accompany it.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not respected.
